Writers' block no more

Sometime's when you are at a loss for words, don't fret. Relax, have coffee or better still two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, raw and unfiltered, and put in a teaspoon of honey with ice cold water. Stir this deliciously tangy drink which does wonders including help you to lose weight slowly but permanently.

Switch on your favourite music, curl up with a book or magazine and chill out in the comfort of your home. After half and hour or an hour of this relaxing therapy you may find that your writers' block is gone. Don't worry, we are hardly lost for words for long. There is a time for silence and there is a time for sharing our inner most sacred thoughts. Enjoy the pauses for if we tarry long, we surely need a place of rest.

Not another never ending story

You intrude into my thoughts
Rudely like a rusty knife
A blunt cut that leaves pain
In its trail I wipe blood and rust
Dust of two years thick with grime
It is a crime what you did to me
There is no forgiveness not yet that I can see
I will you to set me free
For I am no longer a canary in your cage
I fly solo like a kite
I soar way above the clouds where angels tread
I no longer want to be bound
To a never ending story

Tip for the day:

Write from your heart, from the deepest depths of your soul. You can't go wrong if you are telling the truth. Truth is clear of error, it is pure and pristine, it begets sincerity. Truth does not deceive, it does not conceal. It reveals love, patience and empathy.

Write the voice within that speaks of love, peace and joy. Write, just write - whatever that catches your eye, whatever resonates deep where your heart beats.

Write. The pen will write oceans of words.

Melt like candy

You are a whisper in my ear
The wind that caresses my dreams
I nestle in the highlights of your hair
I worry not in vain
Your life is like a golden shell
Served on a platter of silver
You I need to comfort
You who comfort me
I will love forever
Each second lasts that long
When I am here with you
You know not where I stand
Beside not above
I lay you down
On my knees you drape
A cloth smooth as silk
I melt like candy floss in your hands
